1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website finderpixelcabinet.online (the "Platform"), operated by Finderpixel Cabinet Intelligence Ltd. ("Finderpixelcabinet"). By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Platform & Non-Brokerage Disclaimer

Finderpixelcabinet is an independent automotive telemetry aggregator and market analysis technology provider. We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealership, automotive manufacturer, or direct seller.

All Deal Score™ metrics, historical price trajectories, and asking price delta calculations displayed on this Platform represent quantitative algorithmic estimates based on available third-party dealer listings and public automotive indices.

Finderpixelcabinet does not guarantee the availability, title clear status, mechanical roadworthiness, accident-free claims, or tax deductibility of any vehicle presented. Direct contractual negotiations and purchase agreements occur exclusively between the prospective purchaser and the respective registered European motor vehicle dealer or private consignor.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The proprietary Deal Score™ algorithm, software code, UI design architecture, compiled market databases, and graphics are the exclusive intellectual property of Finderpixel Cabinet Intelligence Ltd. and are protected under European copyright, trademark, and database protection treaties. Automated data scraping, reverse-engineering of scoring indices, or unapproved commercial republication is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization.

4. User Conduct and Permitted Use

Users agree to utilize the Platform solely for lawful automotive market research and vehicle acquisition inquiries. You shall not:

Deploy high-frequency automated bots or scrapers that impair website infrastructure stability.
Submit fraudulent dealer allocations or fabricated vehicle identification numbers (VINs).
Bypass or attempt to circumvent security controls, authentication tokens, or rate-limiting protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under German and European law, Finderpixel Cabinet Intelligence Ltd., its directors, employees, and technological affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, cross-border import tax miscalculations, currency conversion losses, or mechanical defects arising out of the acquisition of vehicles tracked on the Platform.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Düsseldorf, Germany.
